As part of the Organizations initiatives, leadership has directed the use of the RSA SecurID Token during user login. Adoption of the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled by use of the token meets an important Organization objective and helps make our network more secure. In the data centric environment that the Organization is today, it is crucial that a user's identity on the network is absolutely verifiable to the individual. MFA provides this assurance, adding an additional layer of security making it harder for others to login as if it were you.
What?
RSA Tokens provide a second factor to the authentication process. This helps ensure that your resources are fully protected.
Why?
Traditional password authentication is a single factor authentication method the can be more easily compromised. Adding a second factor drastically increases security.
How?
